The DEMOEM platform contains an on-board liquid crystal display (LCD), dedicated crystal source and battery power for the independent real-time clock (iRTC) and a signal generator sub-circuit utilizing an MC9S08QE8 microcontroller to synthesize sine waves for 3-phase power emulation. Combine that with NXP’s CodeWarrior Development Studio and a myriad of supporting application notes and a customer’s design effort should be quick and easy.
