TG4040-D can be used to significantly reduce the costs of thermal management as it offers a lower total cost of ownership solution when compared to traditional silicone based gap pads. It can be used to significantly reduce the number of parts on a bill of materials which can lead to reduction in complexity and cost. It is also flexible so that design changes do not result in the need for the production of new and expensive tooling.
