The HQ series capacitors are Ultra Low Fire dielectric capacitors with near pure silver electrodes for superior conductivity. They are designed with minimum ESR and maximum working voltages to improve the performance of high power RF and microwave circuits. The HQ series capacitors have working voltages of up to 7kV for designs that require large biasing or high RF voltages. They are currently available in three packages: standard surface mount, ribbon lead and microstrip.
