The GP2000 is T-Global premium range of thermally-conductive tubes. These products provide superior thermal conduction and electrical insulation for clip-mounted plastic packages. The GP2000 series is available for a number of common dimensions for packages such as TO-220, TO-3P, TO-218, and TO-247 packages, and other clip-mounted power semiconductors.
