This chart shows the voltage ratings, features, and applications for the DL (low VF), D (medium VF), DQ (high VF), DS (high speed), and low VF Schottky diodes. Please note, that as the forward voltage (VF) increases, the reverse recovery time (trr) decreases. The exception to this is the Schottky diode where a low VF still represents a fast reverse recovery.
