The ITS series has many mounting styles and illumination options. With vertical, right angle and through hole or surface mount terminals there is an option to fit every design. The single and bi-color LED’s are independent from the switching function allowing more flexibility in controlling the LED illumination. Crisp tactile feedback when the switch is actuated improves the sense of hearing and sight as well as touch. Constructed with high temp plastics C&K’s ITS series can withstand wave or reflow soldering on surface mount models. For automated assembly processes removable pick and place caps are used instead of kapton tape. When space is an issue the vertical surface mount with “J” LED terminal allows for tighter placement on the PC board. C&K’s ITS series has several cap options as well as common legends. Custom caps and legends are also available.
