The first part of this presentation will provide an introduction to the characteristics of light emitting diodes. The second part of this presentation will introduce and explain Microchip LED drivers. In particular, it will look at how LED dimming is implemented. Finally, the presentation will introduce the patented Atmel Efficiency Optimizer™ technology.
