STMicroelectronics’ TVS diodes protect data lines against ESD transients

These devices are ideal for applications where both printed circuit board space and power absorption capability are required.

These products are used for computers, communication systems, printers, cellular phone handsets and accessories, as well as video equipment. The products have single line bidirectional protection and low leakage current <50nA @ 3V.
