Image of Pulse Electronics', a YAGEO Company, SMT Power Inductors Pulse Electronics', a YAGEO Company, P0250NL series of unshielded surface mount (SMT) drum core power inductors cover a range of inductance values from 10 μH up to 680 μH at currents from 720 mA to 8.6 A with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 130°C. While the unshielded drum core design is a lower cost technology, the larger energy storage allows it to support higher peak currents without saturation effects. Unshielded drum core inductors meet a broad range of applications where DC/DC converters and filtering applications are needed. Such applications include telecom equipment such as modems and mobile phones and consumer electronics such as game stations, PDAs, and digital cameras.
