Leader Tech high-temperature fabric shielding gaskets provide reliable electromagnetic interference (EMI)/radio frequency interference (RFI) protection for enclosure seams, access panels, I/O interfaces, and electronic housings operating in elevated temperature environments. Designed as a fabric-over-foam construction, this material combines a resilient polyurethane foam core with a durable nickel/copper ripstop conductive fabric, creating a flexible and low-compression sealing solution ideal for high-performance electronics. The high-temperature variant extends the usable thermal range, making it suitable for industrial, telecommunication, military, and data-center equipment where thermal cycling, heat exposure, or demanding operating conditions are common.

The gasket’s low surface resistivity and typical shielding effectiveness of up to 115 dB help protect sensitive circuits from EMI and RFI, ensuring more stable system behavior and improved compliance with regulatory requirements.
