The ruggedly constructed UBR series are ultra-miniature (EIA 0402, 1005 metric), ultra-broadband resistors that are made with high-performance tantalum nitride (TaN) materials.

These ultra-broadband resistors were designed utilizing KYOCERA AVX’s proprietary glass sandwich Flexiterm® technology (GSFT). The Flexiterm is a surface mountable automotive qualified termination that adds an extra margin against damage due to flexure during installation, along with 100% laser trimming, which achieves tight tolerances.

The UBR series ultra-broadband resistors also offer a 125 mW power rating and a wide frequency range that extends from DC to 20 GHz.
