The ELUM™s mechanical design is simple, robust, and prevents misalignment. The SPDT, silver with gold flash design, insures excellent contact stability and protection against contamination/corrosion. The terminals are insert-molded both in surface-mount and through-hole configurations, and prevent the entry of flux, solvent and other contaminants. The molding technique also prevents loosening of the terminals.
