The ELUM™ is also able to function as either a signal or a power switch. It is compatible with signals as low as 10µA at 20mV DC, or with power signals up to 0.25A at 50V DC. In addition to this, the dielectric strength is greater than 250Vrms and the contact resistance is less than 50mΩ. Its bounce time is less than 1ms, and the LED’s current requirement is 20mA.
