The C22 actuator can also accommodate snap-on customized caps for logos or legend backlighting. The C22 option allows the ELUM™ to be quickly customized by customers. Three caps have been designed to easily attach to the C22 actuator. The 956 and 957 caps are high temperature, 4/6 Nylon, black caps that can be assembled at C&K’s factory and fit in the tape and reel carrier, or assembled after processing by the customer. The 181001000 is paint and laser etched and made with clear polycarbonate material. The 181D01000 is also paint and laser etched and made with clear polycarbonate material, but it has a white paint under-layer. The painted and laser etched caps make customizing the color, logo or symbol very easy.
