There are three types of junction barrier Schottky diodes: the low IR, the low VF and the trade off types. This is Panasonic’s recommended product lineup for the low IR and trade off types. These parts are available in small quantities for prototype builds and full reels of 3,000 or 10,000 parts for mass production.
