This module will focus on Panasonic’s junction barrier Schottky diodes based on application categories such as rectification and reverse current prevention for mobile phones, PCs, DVCs, DSCs and so on. For DC/DC converters, the low VF type is recommended while for charging circuits, the low IR type is recommended.
