The ADP210x is optimized for ceramic output capacitors. Since this family operates in current mode, the LC resonant frequency location does not matter for loop stability. The output capacitor is chosen purely for transient response. The crossover frequency is set at 1/15 of the switching frequency for stability. For example, if the desired 1A load transient response (overshoot) is 5% for an output voltage of 2.5 V, then from the figure on the right - Output Capacitor × Output Voltage = 50 μC. Therefore the output capacitance should be 50uC/2.5, or 20uF.
