A constant current LED driver will solve all these issues. The driver can automatically adjust the output voltage to match any changes in forward voltages to keep the current constant. Having the same current though all LEDs means they also have the same brightness. LED color and lifetime are not affected because the LEDs are never overloaded. Constant current LED drivers are able to provide the optimum operating conditions to generate a uniform brightness and color of light.
