They present a cost-effective low-loss approach to measuring currents in high-frequency voltage regulators and switch mode power supplies in a non-invasive way, which provides ideal safety and control.

The SCS4.4, SCS4.6, and SCS8.3 series are designed for operating frequencies of 50 kHz to 1 MHz and can sense from 7 A to 15 A. They are available with inductance ranges of 33 µH to 22 mH and 2:1 through 220:1 respectively. These small, compact surface-mount transformers offer precise current detection.
