VCOs

Analog Devices offers the industry’s largest portfolio of ultra-low-phase noise narrow and wideband Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) with operating frequencies up 27 GHz. This family of monolithic low-noise MMIC VCOs offer excellent phase noise with divided output frequencies, immunity to shock and vibration and integrated output buffer amplifiers. When combined with Analog Devices' best-in-class PLL IC’s, state-of-the-art frequency synthesizers and phase locked oscillators (PLO’s) can be created to directly drive the LO port of Analog Devices' high-linearity mixers, and integrated up and down conversion products.
