Bourns introduces their single bidirectional thyristor surge protector with low capacitance for the protection of low-voltage electronics
Bourns announces the addition of the model TISP4025H1BJ single bidirectional thyristor surge protectors to the existing Bourns model TISP40xxH1BJ series of very low-voltage, bidirectional, over-voltage protectors. These devices are designed to limit over-voltages. A single device provides two-point protection and is typically used for the protection of transformer windings and low-voltage electronics.
The Bourns model TISP40xxH1BJ series of very low-voltage, bidirectional, over-voltage protectors consists of a symmetrical voltage-triggered bidirectional thyristor provided in a space-saving surface-mount SMB package. This series meets industry-standard requirements for RoHS-compliant and Pb-free solder reflow profiles.
