The VHC and XC7SH logic families have a wide supply range from 2.0 to 5.5VDC and the datasheets contain full specifications for 3.3 and 5.0V applications. These parts include overvoltage tolerant inputs; enabling a 3.3V application to be driven by a 5.0V system. The VHCT and XC7SET families are specified for 5V applications and include low threshold inputs; they enable a 5.0V application to be driven by a 3.0V system. All VHCT and XC7 devices have low noise outputs to reduce signal integrity issues and include datasheet specifications at the industrial temperature range -40°C to +85°C and are also available in the extended automotive range -40°C to +125°C. Additionally, the Nexperia VHC, VHCT, XC7SH and XC7SET families meet the requirements of automotive standard AEC - Q100, grade 1.
