The MCP62x and MCP65x families are available in single and dual options, featuring both chip select as well as manual calibration. The MCP621/51 are single amplifiers in an 8-pin SOIC package. These devices offer a CAL/CS pin that enables the user to initiate a calibration routine at any time, thereby minimizing the effects of drift over time and temperature. The VCAL pin enables the user to set the common mode at which the calibration takes place to further enhance the precision of the device. The dual MCP622/52 are offered in industry standard 8-pin packages. Although these devices do not have a CAL pin, they still have the mCal technology and will perform a calibration routine upon power-up. Finally, the MCP625/55 are also dual amplifiers, but in a 10-pin package. The extra two pins allow a CAL/CS pin to control the shutdown and calibration of each internal amplifier.
