High Frequency MLCC – CQ Series

YAGEO's high frequency MLCCs – CQ series can effectively reduce the power dissipation of wireless signal. With temperature stable NPO dielectric, excellent temperature characteristics, and a narrow tolerance of capacitance, the CQ series MLCCs are ideal for high frequency applications such as impedance matching, decoupling, and resonance circuits.

Applications for the CQ series include RF (Radio Frequency) modules, such as VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) and PA (Power Amplifier), mobile communication such as base stations for cellular, broadcast satellites, cable TV and telecommunication networks, GPS, Bluetooth® and TV set-top-boxes.
