L99VR02XP-TR Dual Automotive Linear Voltage Regulators

STMicroelectronics L99VR02XP-TR dual-channel, low-dropout linear voltage regulators are designed for automotive applications. Housed in a PowerSSO-36 package, they deliver up to 2x 250 mA output current with ultra-low quiescent current consumption and just 1 µA per output when disabled. This makes them ideal for always-on systems and battery-powered modules.

Each output is user-configurable via SELx pins to fixed voltages ranging from 0.8 V to 5 V, with ±2% precision maintained across temperature, line, and load variations. These devices support both battery-connected and post-regulation modes, and they include advanced diagnostics and protection features such as thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).

Integrated features such as autonomous watchdog, reset pulse delay, and voltage tracking between LDOs or external regulators enhance system reliability and flexibility. With AEC-Q100 qualification and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +175°C, the L99VR02XP-TR is built for rugged automotive environments.
