These filters help control conducted emissions on the panel side of the system and significantly reduce the potential for high-frequency interference radiation off the panel. The filter also protects the solar panel from HF stray and leakage currents that can cause premature aging in the PV modules.

Filters in the FN2200 series come in unsymmetrical housings, which help prevent inverse installations and wrong electrical connections. The series was designed for very low power loss to support overall PV system efficiency. It meets the stringent international standards for electromagnetic compatibility and helps to ensure reliable and fault free operation of PV systems.
