BD728xY-C Series High-Speed CMOS Op Amps
ROHM rail-to-rail op amps offer single- and dual-supply operating voltage ranges
ROHM BD728xY-C series CMOS op amps feature a high slew rate, low noise, and low input bias current. These rail-to-rail input/output monolithic ICs do not oscillate even with a capacitance of 1 nF, and set design is possible without worrying about oscillation due to output capacitance. These op amps are suitable for automotive requirements such as engine control units, electric power steering, anti-lock braking systems, and sensor amplifiers.
