MIKROE-5595 AudioAMP 9 Click board™

MikroElektronika's AudioAMP 9 Click compact add-on board reproduces input audio signals with desired volume and power levels at sound-producing output elements. This board features the PAM8124, a 10 W efficient, Class D audio power amplifier from Diodes Incorporated for driving stereo speakers in a single-ended configuration. This GPIO configurable audio amplifier can drive 8 Ω stereo speakers and provides configurable features such as mute, shutdown, and selectable gain of the amplifier, offering 20 dB, 26 dB, 32 dB, and 36 dB gain selections. It supports external supply voltage from 12 V to 24 V, allowing it to be used in many applications.

The AudioAMP 9 Click is equipped with protection features like thermal overload, short circuit, and overvoltage/undervoltage protection, allowing for reliable operation. It is suitable for various consumer audio equipment applications, like home sound systems, personal media players, and more. It is supported by a mikroSDK-compliant library, which includes functions that simplify software development. This Click board is a fully tested product, ready for use on a system equipped with the mikroBUS™ socket.
