Proven capable in the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test, ESDULC3V3LBWFHE3 can withstand air and contact discharges up to ±20 kV, while the ESDULC5V0LBWFHE3 is ready for air discharges up to ±15 kV and contact discharges up to ±8 kV. Peak performance during lightning surges is also assured, with IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning) compliance up to 4 A/3 A (8/20 μs).
