IQD's CFPS-39 is a surface mount clock oscillator in an industry-standard 4-pad 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 1.2 mm ceramic package with metal lid. With a CMOS output and 15 pF drive level and operating at 3.3 V, the CFPS-39 has a frequency range of between 2.0 MHz to 125 MHz.
