XENSIV™ IM66D130A/IMD120A MEMS Microphones

Infineon's high-performance digital XENSIV MEMS microphones are qualified according to the automotive quality standard AEC-Q103-003. These microphones are designed to deliver top-notch audio performance in even the harshest automotive environment, both inside and outside the vehicle. Equipped with a digital PDM interface, they are perfect for a wide range of automotive applications. One of their key features is their advanced acoustic noise capability which is achieved through their flat and stable frequency and phase response, along with very low LFRO (low frequency roll-off) at 7 Hz. With distortion-free audio capture for all speech-related applications, these microphones greatly improve speech intelligibility for voice recognition algorithms.
