964i High-Voltage Switching System
Vitrek switching systems streamline hipot testing by avoiding labor inefficiencies, errors, and safety hazards
Streamline automated multi-conductor, multi-point hipot testing with the Vitrek 964i high-voltage automated test switching system. Labor inefficiencies, errors, and safety hazards can be avoided with the 964i, which can effortlessly route HV and return signals to the precise test points, ensuring optimal isolation and accuracy. Partnered with a Vitrek 95X series industrial-strength hipot tester and QuickTest Pro test automation software, the 964i delivers efficiency and reliability, setting a standard for automated testing solutions.
Features
- Customizable configuration: the 964i accommodates up to eight eight-channel HV switching cards, offering up to 64 test points in a single mainframe. Easily configure voltage ratings (3 KV, 7 KV, 10 KV, or 15 KV) and select input options for each card; either + (HV bus) or - (return bus), ensuring seamless integration with testing requirements
- Effortless setup: standard front inputs connect directly to a hipot/continuity tester, while up to sixty rear panel terminals interface with test fixture or DUT. Control up to four 964i units directly with a Vitrek 95X or V7X series hipot tester, or up to 10 units via PC through the built-in RS232 or optional GPIB interface. The 964i’s LCD display confirms system status and switch activation immediately
- Automated switching: the 964i routes high-voltage test signals and return signals to any desired test points with precision. Experience highly repeatable, rapid switching without operator intervention and fully automated data acquisition, enhancing test quality and consistency
- Versatile applications: with available mux cards, the matrix can also be accessed the matrix with other equipment such as an LCR meter or DMM. With a voltage switching capability up to 15,000 volts and current switching up to 40 A, the 964i is equipped to handle diverse test requirements
