TFPTL Series Radial-Leaded PTC Thermistors

Vishay Dale announces the TFPTL series of radial-leaded, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. Devices in the TFPTL series feature nickel thin film elements with positive temperature coefficients of +4110 ppm/K, fast response time of less than 2 s, and high stability over a wide temperature range from -55 °C to +150 °C.
