BFN Series Overhead Ionizers

Transforming Technologies' BFN series AC ionizers are reliable tools that protect work areas and components from static damage. The BFN ionizers use an AC current to deliver fast decay times with low offset voltages that eliminate static quickly and efficiently. Using ionizers to neutralize static charge improves production yield and the quality of the product by eliminating the damaging effects of electrostatic discharge and reducing the attraction of dirt and particles on the product surface.

The BFN ionizers are equipped with energy efficient LED task lights to help alleviate eye strain and headaches and even have a positive effect on mood – all while saving on energy costs. Their emitters are made of pure tungsten and spaced further apart to minimize ion recombination, increase discharge efficiency, and provide a broader coverage area. An integrated emitter point cleaner and removable front and rear fan guards with safety switches combine to make the BFN series a user-friendly ionizer. For operator safety, the safety switches turn off all power to the ionizer during service.
