Toshiba introduces its UMOS-VI Series MOSFETs for load switches and mobile computing devices

Also, it can be used for mobile computing devices such as tablet PCs, laptop PCs, and battery protection circuits for large capacity batteries such as lithium-ion batteries. By adopting the UMOS-VI process, this product series realize low on-resistance.

Features Applications
  • Provides low RDS(ON) with small surface mount packages, SOP advance (5 mm x 6 mm) and TSON advance (3.3 mm x 3.3 mm)
  • Offers low gate supply voltage, VGS=-2.5 V, operation
  • Provides high avalanche energy capability
  • Load switches for the secondary portion of DC-DC power supply
  • Tablet PCs, laptop PCs, and lithium-ion battery protection circuit (2-cell)
