TB67H400AFTG Brush Motor Driver IC

TB67H400AFTG is Toshiba’s flagship brushed motor control driver that can be configured as one 50 V/8 A or two 50 V/4 A motor drivers with various protection functions that are excellent for a  wide range of 12 V to 36 V industrial motor applications with evaluation boards now available at DigiKey.  Toshiba also offers a pin-to-pin compatible lower power version, TB67H410FTG, with one 50 V/5 A or two 50 V/2.5 A drivers that provide a cost-performance alternative for designers.
