TTC Series Transformers

Tamura telecom transformers are exceptionally performance and reliable products with competitive pricing in the market. TTC series Transformers have been used in many telecom devices for data and voice applications. Examples include modems, laptops, telecom equipment, instruments, feedback circuits, and more. Telecom transformers are called matching transformers in order to match line impedance with the device’s impedance. Tamura’s excellent design and high quality material allow the transformer to obtain maximum power transfer during this matching impedance operation.

TTC series transformers are UL approved and conform to construction requirements of European and international IT standards. Tamura conducts 100% testing of each unit at 1875 V between primary and secondary dielectric strength. These transformers are designed to match impedance of 600 ohms; from the source and 348-600 ohms at the device. Another key specification is the transformer's ability to handle up to 100 mA of DC current in the primary.
