STMicroelectronics' TSV61x Series is a family of low voltage, high precision, rail-to-rail single and dual operational amplifiers targeting low power and portable products. This series offers a good input offset voltage of 800 μV maximum, while operating at low voltages, from 1.5 V to 5.5 V. With a consumption of only 10 μA per operator and a GBP of 120 kHz at 5 V, it allows for power savings and a long battery life.
These devices are ideal for handheld instrumentation, signal conditioning, battery powered patient monitors, and portable communication devices. Processed in an advanced CMOS technology, the TSV61x devices are housed in tiny SC70-5, SOT23-5. SO-8, and MSO8 packages. Its specifications are guaranteed on an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
