STMicroelectronics' zero-drift current sense amplifier can sense current via a shunt resistor
STMicroelectronics' TSC213 is a zero-drift current sense amplifier that can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common mode voltages from -0.3 V to +26 V, whatever the supply voltage is. Two additional versions are available, offering a different gain. The TSC21x series is designed with a specific zero-drift architecture, which can achieve high precision.
- Wide common mode voltage: -0.3 V to +26 V
- Offset voltage: ±100 µV max.
- 2.7 V to 26 V supply voltage
- Different gain available: TSC210 (200 V/V), TSC212 (1000 V/V), and TSC213 (50 V/V)
- Gain error: ±1% max.
- Offset drift: 0.1 µV/°C max.
- Gain drift: 20 ppm/°C max.
- Quiescent current: 100 µA
