ESDAVLC81BM2 and ESDAVLC81BT2 DiodesSTMicroelectronics' ESDAVLC8-1BM2 and ESDAVLC8-1BT2 bidirectional single line TVS diodes are designed to protect data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients. These devices are ideal for applications where both printed circuit board space and power absorption capability are required.

These products are used for computers, communication systems, printers, cellular phone handsets and accessories, as well as video equipment. The products have single line bidirectional protection and low leakage current <50 nA at 3 V.
