Image of Infineon's FL127S Serial Flash Modules Smaller form factor options are now available in serial Flash from Infineon. These 128 Mb products are offered in industry-standard 8-pin SOIC and USON packages for cost-sensitive applications. Reduce overall system cost with lower pin counts and flexible sector architecture makes these devices an ideal solution for a variety of industrial, consumer, and automotive applications. Software drivers and Linux support in conjunction with the Infineon Flash file system, make designing with Infineon serial Flash easy.
