It comes in a TO-227 package and has strong heat dissipation ability. It has a low forward conduction voltage drop (VF), low conduction and switching losses, and can be widely used in various rectifier outputs. It is suitable for low-voltage and high-current applications and is an excellent choice for switching power supplies. In addition to finished devices, this specification is also available on bare wafers.
