F1485 OP1DB Single Ended Amplifier
Renesas' F1485 provides 36.5 dB gain, 3.8 dB of noise figure, and 27 dBm OP1dB at 3.6 GHz
Renesas' F1485 is a high-gain RF amplifier designed to operate within the 2.3 GHz to 5.0 GHz frequency range. Using a 5 V power supply, the F1485 provides 36.5 dB gain, 3.8 dB of noise figure, and 27 dBm OP1dB at 3.6 GHz.
The F1485 is packaged in a 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-VFQFPN package, with matched 50 Ω input and output impedances for ease of integration into the signal path.
