Image of Qorvo QM55011 Front End Module The Qorvo QM55011 low-power cellular IoT FEMs support multiple frequency bands. These versatile multiband power amplifiers feature an adaptive biasing scheme to optimize efficiency. QM55011 FEMs integrate TX filtering for coexistence, harmonic rejection, and spectral emission mask (SEM) compliance and include an SP6T antenna TX/RX switch. They are compliant with MIPI RF front-end (RFFE) V2.0 and are housed in a compact, low-profile package measuring 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.6 mm³.
