600 V N-Channel Super Junction MOSFET

PANJIT super junction MOSFETs are optimized for easy and efficient design support for power conversion circuit design in devices such as AC/DC and DC/DC converters. PANJIT super junction MOSFETs require less design effort from system design engineers thanks to proper switching performance and low R_DS(ON) which leads to a smaller system size with low heat dissipation. The ruggedness of super junction MOSFETs is also a key factor in designing the system properly to get higher reliability system performance.

PANJIT super junction MOSFETs provide excellent performance of di/dt ruggedness of body diodes. This body diode's strong ruggedness can make the systems that use body diodes more reliable as a part of whole system operation such as LLC and phase-shift full bridge (PSFB) converters. Performance is optimized with fast recovery Q_rr/T_rr with high-speed switching, and low R_DS(ON). 100% Avalanche tested and Rg tested in TO-220AB-L package.
