The built-in amplifier further saves on installation space. This series features an ultra-small case size with a minimum object sensitivity of Ø 0.3 mm without a slit mask. With a 3 mm thickness, the EX-Z series has been established as one of the thinnest sensors in the world by utilizing semiconductor-packaging technology that does not use wire bonding.
