PF5200 Multi-Channel PMIC

The PF5200 is NXP’s multi-channel PMIC device designed for use in high-performance automotive applications. The PF5200 is also highly configurable, making it a perfect companion and fit for various system level power requirements. Integrated voltage monitoring circuits ensure compliance with ISO 26262 standard and functional safety up to ASIL B level. The PF5200 is also available as a standard non-safety device for applications not requiring ISO 26262 compliance.

The PF5200 is suitable for the high-current core supply of applications, including infotainment, ADAS, vision, and radar as a companion to other NXP PMICs like the PF502x family or an SBC as the FS85 family. This device is suitable for S32R45 processor-based applications and DDR memory supply. The PF5200 device is part of the BYLink system power platform, which facilitates the design of safe power management systems with a portfolio of configurable and linkable devices.

The KITPF5200FRDMEVM provides easy user development of the PF5200 device family with the flexibility to play with all the device features and make measurements on the main part of the application.

The KITPF5200SKTEVM provides easy user configuration of the PF5200 device family, thanks to a QFN32 socket and flexibility to play with all the features of the device and make measurements on the main part of the application. All regulators are accessible through connectors.
