It can support both USB and CAN FD, dual-partition Flash, ECC Flash, and boot ROM. The MC56F83xxx series is offered in both industrial-grade and automotive-grade products.

The MC56F83xxx series offers enhanced DMA function (eDMA), an inter-module crossbar (XBAR) with a more flexible event generator (EVTG), a low-power high-speed ADC, extended RAM size, and a high-resolution PWM with up to sixteen channels. These features make it ideal for high-performance digital power conversion, advanced motor control, and automotive charging applications.
