The part supports both high-performance and low-power operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet the resolution and power needs of various unique use cases.

A number of advanced, integrated digital features enable designers to reduce the overall system power consumption and simplify host data collection.

The FRDM-STBI-A8971 sensor shield board is an Arduino-compatible sensor expansion shield board for the FXLS8971CF 3-axis accelerometer for precision inclinometer IoT applications.

It is kitted with an LPCXpresso55S16-EVK MCU board to enable quick customer evaluation and development using sensor toolbox enablement software tools.
