Murata Power Solutions’ MPQ600 series DC/DC converter features a V_IN range of 36 V_DC to 75 V_DC, a V_OUT range of 14 V to 35 V, and offers 96.5 percent efficiency. It was developed specifically for radio frequency power amplifier (RFPA) systems.

Additional features include remote on/off control, remote sense and trim functions, input undervoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit protection, and a PMBus™ interface that can be used to monitor input and output voltages, output current, and device temperature.
